Agape has particular experience working with neurodevelopmental differences and complex behaviours of concern. Her approach is evidence-based and client-focused, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and strengths-based strategies to support meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, Agape values connection, faith, travel, and quality time with family and friends. She believes in practising the same self-care and balance that she encourages in her clients.

What to expect
A warm welcome
Our first session is a conversation. We'll explore what brings you in, what you hope to change, and how we might work together.
Clear goals
We'll define goals that matter to you and revisit them regularly so therapy stays focused and meaningful.
Practical tools
Alongside deeper reflection, you'll leave sessions with strategies you can use in daily life.
Steady support
Change takes time. I'll be a consistent, non-judgmental presence as you do the work.
